I will aim to achieve 10,000 steps every day by incorporating walking on the treadmill for one hour every day, five days a week, as well as walking during breaks at school, going for walks during lunchtime, and taking the stairs instead of the elevator. I will track my steps using a fitness tracker app and aim to increase my daily step count by 10% every month for the next 3 months. This will help me achieve a more active lifestyle and improve my overall health and well-being.

My goal for Water Polo in Water Sports under Physical recreation is to increase my technical knowledge and skill level by participating in at least one Water Polo tournament or scrimmage within 6 months. I will attend a Water Polo league practice once a week for 1 hour and will practice at home in the pool for an additional 2 hours per week. This will enable me to practice the skills I learn in practice, such as passing, shooting, and defense, in order to become a better player. I will also pay attention to individuals on opposing teams to observe their strategies and skills. By doing this, I hope to use these strategies in my own game and become a more effective and successful water polo player.

To improve my overall athletics skills by participating in at least one local or regional athletics competition within 12 months. My goal is to compete against other athletes and to improve my overall performance and technical skills. I will attend an athletics clinic or practice with a team twice a week for 2 hours, and will practice on my own for an additional 2 hours per week. Additionally, I will also take part in any pre-competition preparation or training that are organized by my coach or team, and work on developing my mental preparation and focus as well as my teamwork and communication skills.

My goal for Jazz in Dance / Gymnastics under Physical recreation is to improve my overall choreographic skills and technical abilities by participating in at least one Jazz performance within 6 months. I will attend at least one Jazz class twice a week for 1 hour and will practice at home for an additional 1 hour per week. I will also research different Jazz styles and choreographic techniques to improve my understanding of the art and expand my repertoir.

My goal for Handball in Court / Field Sports under Physical recreation category is to significantly improve my individual handball technique and performance by attending handball-training sessions twice a week for 1.5 hour each over the course of 6 months. During this time, I will focus on honing my passing, offensive, defensive and team play skills. Additionally, I will participate in 2 handball tournaments over the same period and aim to have a positive outcome. I will also devote an hour per day to practice at home and will track and measure my progress weekly.

My goal for Skateboarding in Outdoor Recreation under Physical Recreation is to improve my overall skateboarding skills by regularly competing in semi-professional skateboard competitions within 6 months. I will attend skateboarding class twice a week for 1 hour and will practice at home for an additional 2 hour per week. I will seek out semi-professional skateboarding competitions in my area to test my increasing skill level. By the end of the six months, I will be able to demonstrate ample improvements to my skateboarding skills and will have achieved a higher level of competition.

My goal for Luge in Snow/ Winter Activities under Physical recreation is to complete a successful Luge run within 3 months by attending a Luge training class on the weekends twice a month and practice on my own at least once a week. I will evaluate my performance after each run and refine my skills while applying the various techniques that I am learning. By the end of 3 months, I will be able to complete a safe and successful Luge run with high scores.

My goal for Ultimate Frisbee in Athletics under Physical recreation is to significantly improve my individual ultiamte skillset by competing in at least two ultimate tournaments within 6 months. I will attend ultimate practice 3 times a week for at least 1 hour each and will practice for an additional 2 hours at home. During practice and tournaments, I will focus on throwing, catching, jumping and footwork techniques to improve my agility and overall skill level.

My goal for Sailing in Water Sports under the Physical Recreation Category is to become a certified sailor by the end of 3 months. To achieve this goal, I will attend sailing classes at least twice per week for 1 hour each day and will practice at home for an additional 1 hour per week. I will strive to complete the necessary certification exams within 3 months and take additional practice exams to fully understand and prepare for the examination. I will also join a local sailing club for further practice to complete this certification within the timeframe.

My goal for Volleyball in Court / Field Sports under Physical Recreation is to improve my overall Volleyball skills by taking part in at least one tournament or competition within 6 months. My goal is to compete against other Volleyball enthusiasts and to improve my performance and technical skills. I will attend and practice at a Volleyball camp twice a week for 1 hour and will practice and watch Volleyball matches at home for an additional 2 hours per week.

My goal for Hiking in Outdoor recreation under Physical recreation Category is to increase my level of physical fitness and challenge my endurance by hiking either solo or in a group at least 3 times a week for 3 months. I will also research various hiking trails in my area and familiarize myself with the terrain and weather conditions. I will use online resources such as AllTrails to track progress and monitor progress including distances hiked and elevation gain. I will document my progress through pictures and short video clips. At the end of the 3 months, I will set a new goal to hike a longer distance and/or a more challenging terrain.

Goal for Triple jump in Athletics under Physical recreation, for teenagers 14-18 years old, to be achieved within 3 months: To increase my triple jump distance and on-site technical skills by 20%, I will attend one track & field coaching session per week and practice twice a week at home with a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 2 hours of each practice. Within 3 months I will participate in at least one local track & field event and use the data obtained to evaluate my progress.
