My goal for Assistance in Care Centre under the Voluntary Service category is to build relationships with at least 10 local teenage clients between the ages of 14-18 within 3 months. I will visit the Care Centre for a minimum of 2 hours per week to build relationships through fun activities such as competing in board games and engaging in conversations with them. Through these activities, I hope to create a space that allows teenagers to feel safe and comfortable discussing their feelings and needs. Additionally, I will collaborate with the Care Centre staff to ensure that these activities are conducted in an ethical and respectful manner that fosters healthy relationships.

Goal for Assistance in Hospitals under Voluntary Services for teenagers 14-18 years old: To increase my hospital volunteering skills by completing at least one hospital aid project in the next 3 months. I will spend at least 2 hours per week volunteering at a hospital and will focus on complete a project approved by the hospital administrator. I will collaborate with other volunteers, healthcare professionals as well as patients and their families as needed. I will use my free time in after-school activities and weekends to reach this goal.

Goal for Other in Health under Voluntary Service Category for teenagers 14-18 years old to be completed within 12 months: To volunteer in a health-related project for at least 10 hours a month for the duration of 12 months. I will select a project such as volunteering in a local hospital or for a community health center and will sign up for duties such as providing companionship to elderly people, taking care of a sick person or participating in community health education and awareness activities. I will use available resources to inform myself about the project and will contact the organization every month to check availability of volunteering opportunities. I will allocate 8 hours per month to volunteer in the project and 2 hours to research or prepare necessary materials.

Within 3 months, I will join a local group for Body Attack enthusiasts and will participate in a weekly meeting for practice and feedback on my performance. I will strive to improve my performance and skills in each training session and will measure my progress by completing a skills evaluation every 6 months. My goal is to develop and volunteer my first aid skills in Health under the Voluntary Services Category, while catering to teenagers 14-18 years old, within 12 months. I will attend a certified first aid class two times a week for 1 hour and practice administering basic first aid at home for an additional 2 hours per week. Within 3 months I will join a local group for volunteering and first aid enthusiasts and participate in weekly meetings for demonstrations and feedback on my performance. Furthermore, I will aim to improve my first aid abilities like administration of CPR or use of a defibrillator, in each practice session and will measure my progress by completing a skills evaluation every 6 months.

Goal for Assist Award Leader-Co-ordinator in Leadership under Voluntary Service Category: Within 12 months, I will increase my leadership skills and mobilise at least 10 teenagers aged between 14-18 to participate in local voluntary service projects by creating awareness via online and offline campaigns, organising regular meetings and increasing participation. I will do this by attending local Leadership workshops and gaining knowledge of successful Volunteer Service Coordination, creating online / offline campaigns that are targeted towards teenagers and organising weekly gatherings to discuss initiatives, educating teenagers on the importance of Voluntary Service and tracking and measuring participation.
