To improve my understanding of the sport by learning about the history, rules, and scoring of hammer throwing as well as the different techniques and strategies used in competition. My goal is to be able to make better decisions and be more effective during competitions within 12 months. I will watch hammer throwing matches, read up on hammer throwing articles, and attend any webinars or courses to further develop my knowledge of the sport.
