My goal for Horse Riding in Outdoor Recreation under Physical Recreation is to become proficient in Horse Riding by practicing and taking part in at least 2 extra-curricular lessons within 6 months. To achieve this, I will practice riding for at least 1 to 1.5 hours per week at an indoor or outdoor riding arena, and I will also take part in at least 1 recreational riding trip outside of the arena within the period of 6 months. Additionally, I will attend at least 2 extra-curricular horse riding lessons, with the aim of learning how to maintain a safe and smooth ride.

My goal for Tobogganing in Snow / Winter Activities under Physical recreation is to decrease my tobogganing time by at least 20% within 6 months. I will practice tobogganing twice a week for an hour each time, and will additionally practice on weekends for an additional 4 hour per month to Improve my agility, strength and timing when running down the toboggan run. Additionally, I will build a homemade toboggan run in my backyard to practice on, and will attend one professional tobogganing event or competition in the next 6 months in order to understand what I need to improve in order to be successful in the sport.

My goal for Tennis in Court / Field Sports under the Physical Recreation category for teenagers between 14-18 years old is to improve my overall tennis abilities and compete in at least one tournament within 6 months. I will do this by practicing for 2 hours a week and attending international tennis workshops every month. I will also measure my progress every 2 weeks by taking notes of improvement in my tennis stroke, court coverage, and groundwork.

Goal: To improve my football / soccer skills by participating in either a club team or a recreational league within 6 months. I will dedicate a minimum of 4 hours a week to practice either on my own or with a team. I will also attend a training camp or workshop hosted by a professional coach and/or players at least once within this period. I will also actively research and learn new drills drills, practice techniques, and game plans that will improve my skills. I will track my daily/weekly practice hours and document my progress with photos or videos of any competitions I participate in.

A Goal for Football – Oztag in Court / Field Sports under Physical recreation Category for teenagers 14-18 years old that can be completed within 3 months is: To increase my Football – Oztag playing skills and technique by attending at least one session or match per week for 3 months. I will practice for at least 30 minutes a day and review tactical strategies weekly to improve my overall technique and team spirit. At the end of 3 months I should be able to demonstrate improved agility and playing skills.

My goal for Curling in Snow/Winter Activities is to improve my overall curling skills by participating in at least two curling competitions or performances within 6 months. My goal is to compete against other curling enthusiasts and to improve my overall performance and technical skills. I will attend curling classes twice a week for 1 hour and will practice at home for an additional 2 hour per week. Additionally, I will research different curling techniques and strategies to improve my overall curling game.

My goal for Ninjitsu in Martial Arts / Self Defence under Physical recreation is to build and refine my Ninjitsu skills and techniques by practicing Ninjitsu for 3 hours a week and competing in at least one Ninjitsu tournament within 6 months. I will consult with a Ninjitsu instructor to ensure my progress and technical understanding of the fundamentals is sound before competing. During practice sessions I will focus on improving my accuracy of techniques and in-depth understanding of the Ninjitsu philosophies.

My goal for Football – Futsal in Court/Field Sports is to achieve a basic level of proficiency in the sport within 6 months. I will attend a weekly 2-hour football class at a local club and will practice at home for an additional 2 hours per week. I will also research football techniques and strategies to help me perform better in the sport. By the end of this 6-month period, I will be able to pass and dribble effectively, maneuver the ball efficiently, maintain possession and understand basic strategies of the game.

I will also enter a Body Attack competition by the end of the 12 months and work hard to demonstrate my best performance. Goal for Football – Rugby Union in Court / Field Sports under Physical Recreation Category: Within 12 months, I will improve my skills in Football – Rugby Union by attending a minimum of 3 training sessions per week and engaging in competitive matches. I will also strive to learn new skills and techniques associated with rugby union, while consistently seeking feedback from coaches and teammates. Additionally, I will commit to attending at least two rugby tournaments within 12 months so that I can compete against a higher level of competition and track my progress against other players my age.

Goal for Football -Touch Football in Court/Field Sports under Physical recreation Category: To improve my football skills in touch football by participating in a friendly touch football match at least twice a month for 3 months. My goal is to improve my technical skills such as dribbling, tackling, passing and ball control. I will attend a 1-hour touch football training session twice a week and will practice drills at home twice a week for 1 hour each. At the end of 3 months, I will participate in a friendly touch football match against another team to measure my improvement.
