My goal for Bush / Nature Regeneration in Environmental under Voluntary Service Category for teenagers 14-18 years old is to plant and maintain at least one native tree or shrub every month for a period of 12 months. I will source eco-friendly gardening tools, compost and planters as needed, while taking classes to learn more about climate-resilient native plants. I will also attend virtual or in-person workshops and volunteer sessions to learn more about natural maintenance strategies and to share my progress with my friends. I will use social media to further engage my peers in volunteering activities and the preservation of local ecology.
