My goal for Skiing – Cross Country in Snow / Winter activities under Physical recreation is to improve my skiing technique by participating in at least one cross-country skiing competition within 6 months. I will focus on developing better technique and increasing my overall performance, by attending cross-country skiing lessons at least once a week and practicing an additional two hours per week. I will also participate in two local ski races to test and evaluate my progress.

My goal is to improve my Ski Jumping skills in snow / winter activities by participating in at least one Ski Jumping competition or performance within 3 months. I will attend Ski Jumping classes twice a week for 1 hour and will practice at home for an additional 2 hour per week. My goal is to compete against other Ski Jumpers and to improve my overall performance and technical skills. I will track my progress in a personal journal to monitor my improvement and will use goal setting techniques to set and measure new heights with every jump.

My goal for Speed Skiing in Snow / Winter Activities under Physical Recreation Category is to harness my skiing speed and technique by participating in at least one skiing tournament in three months, and to increase my skiing speed by 10 Km/h within 6 months. I will attend skiing-instruction class twice a week for 1 hour and practice at home for an additional 2 hours per week. I will also equip myself with the necessary gear to maximize my chances of achieving this goal.

I will also look for additional opportunities to practice and refine my skills by participating in special events and activities. After 3 months, I will compete or participate in a Body Attack performance. I will evaluate my progress and skills after 6 months, and reassess and adjust my goal as necessary. My goal for Spin in Gym / Personal Programs under Physical recreation is to improve my overall Spin skills by attending at least one Spin class three times a week for one hour, and practicing an additional two hours at home. Within 6 months, I aim to complete a designated spin warm-up and routine, including 15 intervals, climbing drills and sprints. Additionally, I will participate and/or compete in spin competitions and/or exhibitions, assess my progress after 3 months, and reassess and adjust my goal accordingly.

My goal for Track and Field in Athletics under Physical recreation is to improve my overall track and field performance by participating in at least one competitive event in 3, 6 or 12 months. I will attend Track and Field practice two times a week for a period of 1 hour and will practice at home for an additional 2 hours a week. In addition, I will read related literature and research articles on Track and Field techniques to stay up-to-date with new techniques and performance enhancements. I will also use video analysis to track my progress and identify areas of improvement. By the end of 3, 6 or 12 months, I hope to demonstrate improved technique, increased strength, and improved race results.

My goal is to improve my overall skills and ability in Snorkelling by participating in organised events and activities within 6 months. I will attend Snorkelling lessons twice a week for 1 hour and will also practice at home for an additional 2 hour per week. I will do research about different places for Snorkelling trips and will also participate in local events and expeditions related to snorkelling. I will track my overall progress and aim to make significant improvements in my snorkelling abilities within 6 months.

My SMART Physical Recreation goal for Skipping in Gym / Personal Programs is to increase my endurance and overall skipping technique. I will attend skipping classes at least twice a week for 1 hour and practice an additional 1 hour per week at home. Within 3 months, I will be able to perform a consecutive 10 minutes of skipping with minimal breaks. Within 6 months, I will be able to jump rope for at least 15 minutes without breaks. Within 12 months, I will have increased my endurance to 30 minutes of consecutive skipping and have improved my technique and speed.

My goal for Javelin in Athletics under Physical Recreation is to improve my Javelin throwing ability by participating in at least one local Javelin tournament within 6 months. My goal is to increase my accuracy by learning proper techniques for Javelin throwing. I will attend beginner Javelin classes twice a week for 1 hour and will practice at home for an additional 2 hour per week. I will also set specific throw distances that I would like to achieve and monitor my progress against this goal.

My goal for Ice Skating in Snow / Winter Activities under Physical recreation is to achieve basic & intermediate proficiency levels in Ice Skating within 3 months. I will attend ice skating practices 3 times a week for an average of 1 hour per session. I will also practice ice skating at home for an additional 2 hours per week. Additionally, I will watch instructional videos and articles about ice skating to enhance my understanding and performance. I will measure my progress by tracking the amount of time I am comfortable on the ice and the manoeuvres I am capable of performing.

My goal for Softball in Court/Field Sports under Physical Recreation is to improve my overall softball skills by participating in a softball camp within 6 months. My goal is to improve my on-field abilities and technical skills. I will attend softball practice twice a week for 1.5 hours and will practice at home for an additional 1 hour per week. I will also attend a softball camp where I will practice with a coach for 3 hours per day and participate in a tournament to assess my improvement.

I will also watch ski instructional videos and participate in sledding, tubing and snowboarding activities to gain knowledge and skills to improve my overall skiing level.
