My goal for Handball in Court / Field Sports under Physical recreation category is to significantly improve my individual handball technique and performance by attending handball-training sessions twice a week for 1.5 hour each over the course of 6 months. During this time, I will focus on honing my passing, offensive, defensive and team play skills. Additionally, I will participate in 2 handball tournaments over the same period and aim to have a positive outcome. I will also devote an hour per day to practice at home and will track and measure my progress weekly.

To improve my overall hammer throwing skills by participating in at least one local or regional hammer throwing competition within 12 months. My goal is to compete against other hammer throwers and to improve my overall performance and technical skills. I will attend a hammer throwing clinic or practice with a team twice a week for 2 hours, and will practice on my own for an additional 2 hours per week. Additionally, I will also take part in any pre-competition preparation or training that are organized by my coach or team, and work on developing my consistency, focus, and mental preparation.
