My goal is to improve my Volleyball skills in court and field sports under physical recreation by participating in at least one Volleyball competition or performance within 6 months. I will attend Volleyball practice twice a week for 1 hour and will practice at home for an additional 2 hours per week. I will also focus on drills to improve my overall performance, accuracy and endurance. By the end of the 6 months, I will have improved my Volleyball skills and be able to use what I’ve learned during any competition or league.

I will also regularly monitor my progress, adjust my exercises and nutrition accordingly, and use supplemental training if necessary. My goal for Walking in Athletics under the Physical recreation category is to improve my 10K running time by at least 5% within 3 months. I will achieve this by participating in at least two 10K running competitions or other related running events each week, and will do additional training with cross-training which includes regular outdoor walking for an hour, three times a week. I will focus on stretching, stride, and footwork as well as monitoring my progress, making adjustments to my exercises and nutrition, and using additional training methods if needed.
