I will aim to achieve 10,000 steps every day by incorporating walking on the treadmill for one hour every day, five days a week, as well as walking during breaks at school, going for walks during lunchtime, and taking the stairs instead of the elevator. I will track my steps using a fitness tracker app and aim to increase my daily step count by 10% every month for the next 3 months. This will help me achieve a more active lifestyle and improve my overall health and well-being.

My goal for Water Polo in Water Sports under Physical recreation is to increase my technical knowledge and skill level by participating in at least one Water Polo tournament or scrimmage within 6 months. I will attend a Water Polo league practice once a week for 1 hour and will practice at home in the pool for an additional 2 hours per week. This will enable me to practice the skills I learn in practice, such as passing, shooting, and defense, in order to become a better player. I will also pay attention to individuals on opposing teams to observe their strategies and skills. By doing this, I hope to use these strategies in my own game and become a more effective and successful water polo player.
