My goal for aikido in Martial Arts / Self Defence under Physical recreation category is to achieve a ni-kyu (2nd-level yellow belt) rank by successfully passing the aikido test within 6 months. I will attend aikido classes twice a week for 1 hour and will comply with the guidance of the instructor. I will also dedicate one hour every day in practicing aikido at home. Additionally, I will commit to attend at least one aikido seminar or tournament within this duration to become well equipped with the right knowledge and skillset needed to pass the aikido test.

My goal for tennis in court / field Sports under Physical recreation is to improve my tennis skills by participating in tournaments, leagues or other events within 3 months. I will attend tennis classes twice a week for 1 hour and will practice at home for an additional 1 hour per week. I will also study the techniques and strategies of successful tennis players in order to improve my understanding of the game. Furthermore, I will strive to win at least one match in order to reach my goal.

My goal for Jogging in Athletics under Physical recreation is to become proficient at 3 mile jogs within 12 months. I will focus on increasing my speed and endurance and making running a habit. I will plan to run three times a week on alternate days, starting with a minimum of 15 minutes per run and gradually increasing the time and distance. To reach this goal, I will join an Athletics club and take up weekly classes with an accredited coach. I will also plan to participate in at least one jogging competition or race within the 12 month period.

My goal for Country in Dance / Gymnastics under Physical Recreation is to improve my overall skill level for Country by participating in at least one Country In Dance contest or performance within 6 months. To achieve this goal, I will attend various Country in Dance classes twice a week for 1 hour and will practice at home for an additional 2 hours per week. I will also attend at least 2 competitions and will make sure to maintain proper technique, choreography, and etiquette. Through consistent practice, I will strive to improve my overall Country in Dance skills and compete against other Country in Dance enthusiasts.

My goal for National in Dance / Gymnastics under Physical recreation Category is to reach intermediate level proficiency withing Dance / Gymnastics within 3 months. To accomplish this goal, I will enroll in 2 group classes per week and dedicate an additional 1 hour to practicing at home each week. Furthermore, I will attend all the available open dance and gymnastics events and workshops in my local area. I will also keep track of my progress and record my improvement to evaluate my performance.

To improve my overall funk dance skills by participating in at least one local or regional funk dance competition or performance within 12 months. My goal is to compete against other dancers and to improve my overall performance and technical skills. I will attend a funk dance class twice a week for 1 hour, and will practice at home for an additional 2 hours per week, Additionally, I will also take part in any pre-competition or pre-performance rehearsals or classes that are organized by my dance teacher or coach, and work on developing my presentation and stage skills.

My goal for Baseball in Court / Field Sports is to improve my skills in Baseball and become a more consistent hitter by participating in baseball leagues and tournaments at least once a month for the next 3, 6 or 12 months. I will also practice with my team for two hours twice a week, spend an additional hour three times a week refining my fundamental baseball skills such as throwing, catching, and hitting, and use specialized equipment such as batting tees and weighted balls to improve form and accuracy. At the end of the goal period I will be able to effectively and consistently hit, throw and catch a baseball with confidence.

My goal is to improve my overall Football – AFL skills by participating in at least one AFL competition or performance within 6 months. Additionally, I will work on improving my fitness, strength, agility and game tactics by participating in team practice sessions for at least two hours a week. I will also take part in off-the-field drills and drills specific to AFL once a week to gain practice in game situation analysis and ball-handling techniques. Finally, I will read Instructional AFL literature and participate in AFL discussion boards online to gain extra knowledge and skills.

My goal for Hockey in Court / Field Sports under Physical recreation Category is to improve my overall hockey skills by playing competitive games with teams of teenagers 14-18 years old at least twice a week for 3 months. I will attend a hockey training session once a week for 1 hour and will practice at home for an additional 1 hour per week. I will also attend local hockey competitions within the next 12 months. By doing so, I will improve my overall hockey skills such as speed, agility, reacting to shots and passing skills with accuracy.

To improve my overall gymnastics skills by participating in at least one local or regional gymnastics competition within 12 months. My goal is to compete against other gymnasts and to improve my overall performance and technical skills. I will attend a gymnastics class or practice with a team twice a week for 2 hours, and will practice on my own for an additional 2 hours per week. Additionally, I will also take part in any pre-competition preparation or training that are organized by my coach or team, and work on developing my mental preparation, focus and consistency as well as my teamwork and communication skills.

To improve my overall country dancing skills by participating in at least one local or regional country dance competition or performance within 12 months. My goal is to compete against other country dancers and to improve my overall performance and technical skills. I will attend country dance class or workshop twice a week for 1 hour and will practice at home for an additional 2 hour per week. In addition, I will work on perfecting my routines and practicing in front of an audience by performing in local events, or participate in rehearsals to have the competition experience.

​​ My goal for Hammer in Athletics under Physical recreation category is to significantly improve my hammer throwing technique, establish a personal record, and place in the top 3 of a local or regional hammer throwing completion within 3 months. To successfully reach this goal, I will dedicate at least two hours a week to practicing my hammer throwing technique. I will also participate in Hammer technique training workshops and attend local hammer throwing competitions to watch and learn more about the sport.

My goal for Netball in Court / Field Sports under Physical recreation is to enhance my overall netball skills and compete at least one netball competition within 3 months. I will attend netball classes once a week for 2 hours along with 2 hours of practice each week at home. I will focus on developing and honing my shooting, passing, and dribbling techniques to improve my netball skills. Additionally, I will partake in half-court drills to enhance and hone my agility, quickness and footwork on the court.
