To improve my understanding of gymnastics by learning about the history, rules and scoring of the sport, as well as the different events, apparatus and techniques used in gymnastics. My goal is to be able to understand and appreciate the sport of gymnastics more fully within 6 months. I will read books, articles and watch videos about gymnastics, and attend any webinars or courses to further develop my knowledge of the sport
