To improve my overall gymnastics skills by participating in at least one local or regional gymnastics competition within 12 months. My goal is to compete against other gymnasts and to improve my overall performance and technical skills. I will attend a gymnastics class or practice with a team twice a week for 2 hours, and will practice on my own for an additional 2 hours per week. Additionally, I will also take part in any pre-competition preparation or training that are organized by my coach or team, and work on developing my mental preparation, focus and consistency as well as my teamwork and communication skills.

​​ My goal for Hammer in Athletics under Physical recreation category is to significantly improve my hammer throwing technique, establish a personal record, and place in the top 3 of a local or regional hammer throwing completion within 3 months. To successfully reach this goal, I will dedicate at least two hours a week to practicing my hammer throwing technique. I will also participate in Hammer technique training workshops and attend local hammer throwing competitions to watch and learn more about the sport.
