To improve my fitness and endurance by incorporating exercises specific to curling. My goal is to be able to maintain a high level of fitness and energy throughout a match within 6 months. I will attend a curling clinic or practice with a team once a week for 2 hours and will practice fitness and endurance exercises on my own for an additional 2 hours per week.
