To improve my strength and power by increasing the weight and number of reps for resistance exercises in the Body Combat class. My goal is to be able to complete 3 sets of 12 reps with a certain weight within 12 months. I will attend a Body Combat class twice a week for 1 hour and will practice resistance training at home for an additional 1 hour per week.
