My goal is to increase tree planting and maintenance in the environment by involving teenagers aged 14-18 years old in a sustainable tree planting project for a period of 3 months. To ensure that teenage participants have access to proper guidance and instruction, I will create a training program for them on tree planting and maintenance. I will also arrange regular meet-ups with the teenagers to monitor their progress and provide support. Once the 3-month period is complete, I will measure the overall impact of the project by assessing the number of trees planted, as well as their ability to survive and thrive in their local environment. I will also measure the level of satisfaction among the participants in order to determine the effectiveness of the project.
