Goal for Other in Leadership under Voluntary Service Category for teenagers 14-18 years old, to be completed within 3 months: I will acquire a leadership role in an existing voluntary service organization by the end of 3 months. I will research organizations, identify a leadership role that interests me, and reach out to organization contacts to understand the requirements to secure the role. I will attend a minimum of one organizational meeting and activity each week in order to gain an understanding of the organization and the leadership roles available. I will develop a plan for how I will use my leadership skills to benefit the organization, and present it to the organization’s governing body, thereby securing a leadership position.
