My goal for Music Appreciation in Music other under Skills Category is to become proficient in music theory and fundamentals within 3 months. I will commit to taking a classical music appreciation course at my local library, musical center or music school for 1 hour per week. Additionally, I will practice music theory, rhythm, scales and chords for an additional 2 hours per week in order to become proficient in all the aspects of music theory and fundamentals. At the end of 3 months, I will be able to identify different pieces of classical music and understand the elements that build up each composition.
