Goal for Wine Making in Crafts under Skills Category: To successfully craft two bottles of quality wine from scratch within 6 months. I will attend a regular wine making class once a week for 1 hour and complete additional research on the art of wine-making at least once a week for 1 hour for a total of 2 more hours per week. I will also attend at least one wine making event or demonstration to learn from experienced wine makers.
