I will also participate in 1 competition or performance every 3 months and will track my progress and assess progress each month. My goal for Cake Decorating in Crafts under Skills Category is to create a three tier cake with detailed frosting designs within 3 months. I will attend two cake decorating classes per week for one hour and practice at home for an additional three hours per week. I will acquire the necessary materials, consult with professional cake decorators, and keep a detailed log of my progress. To gauge my progress, I will take photos of my creations and assess my skills at the end of each month.
