Over the course of 12 months, I will establish a volunteer program at the dog shelter specifically tailored for teenagers aged 14-18. By recruiting and training young volunteers, we aim to increase the shelter’s capacity to care for its residents while offering valuable learning experiences and a sense of purpose for the participants.
