My goal is to develop a basic level of skill in musical instrument playing within 6 months. I will practice for 1 hour a day, 4 days a week and attend a weekly musical instrument class for 1 hour. I will also read a minimum of 1 article or book on musical instrument fundamentals to improve my understanding of the instrument. At the end of the 6 months, I will take part in a local musical instrument performance or competition to demonstrate my newly acquired skills.
