I will also meet with my trainer once a month to discuss my progress and goals. 1. To increase Czech/Romanian/Slovakian language fluency among teenagers 14-18 years old in voluntary service by completing a full course of fluency within 3 months. I will attend a course twice a week for 2 hours and will practice an additional hour per day, both with native speakers and on my own. Additionally, I will participate in an international project or cultural exchange to further put these skills into practice. 2. To provide volunteer services to other people using Romanian/Slovakian/Czech language within 6 months. I will develop, promote and coordinate a volunteering service project that is available to people from different cultural backgrounds. I will work with the library, the local education department and the civic organization to reach out to those who need assistance of a volunteer, and shall research and collect data from each individual in order to interpret their needs.
