Goal: Within 12 months, I will significantly improve my animal husbandry skills by actively participating in at least 2 hands-on animal husbandry training workshops or events. I will attend lectures, demonstrations and seminars related to animal husbandry at least twice a month and dedicate 2 hours weekly to practice at a local animal welfare agency or nearby farm. I will also monitor my progress by keeping a log of my achievements.
