Goal: To develop Leadership skills among teenagers aged 14-18 through a voluntary service program in a 3-month period. I will engage in at least 4 volunteer activities per month, including teaching workshops, providing mentorship and feedback to a team of 15 teenagers, and organizing team-building activities to promote collaboration, respect and effective communication. I will complete assignments to hone my leadership skills and attend monthly meetings with the program leader to discuss progress, goals and further development of the program.
