Goal for Boxing in Martial Arts/Self Defence based around Physical Recreation for teenagers aged 14-18 years old and to be achieved within 3 months;
To improve my fundamental boxing skills within 3 months and achieve a satisfactory boxing technique score during a formal assessment. I will attend formal boxing lessons twice a week for 1 hour and will practice basic boxing skills at home for an additional 1 hour per week. I will also create a boxing training schedule and will track my progress regularly. At the end of the 3 month period, I will strive to reach a boxing technique score of 70% on the formal assessment.
