For Mentoring in Education under Voluntary Service Category, my Goal is to help at least 10 teenagers 14-18 years old improve their academic performance within 12 months. I will accomplish this goal by teaching study skills, providing educational resources, and mentor them to ensure academic success. I will commit to at least 5 hours of mentoring a week, either in person or virtually through various social media platforms. I will also document the progress of each mentee and assess their progress every two months.
