Goal: To obtain intermediate to advanced skill level of refereeing and umpiring in sports by attending at least one sports-specific umpiring/refereeing camp or clinic within 3-6 months. I will attend at least one sports-specific class per week for 1.5 hour and will practice umpiring/refereeing in my free time during the week. I will also mentor and utilize existing/experienced referees/umpires to help me practice and improve my skills.
