I will also regularly monitor my progress, adjust my exercises and nutrition accordingly, and use supplemental training if necessary.
My goal for Walking in Athletics under the Physical recreation category is to improve my 10K running time by at least 5% within 3 months. I will achieve this by participating in at least two 10K running competitions or other related running events each week, and will do additional training with cross-training which includes regular outdoor walking for an hour, three times a week. I will focus on stretching, stride, and footwork as well as monitoring my progress, making adjustments to my exercises and nutrition, and using additional training methods if needed.
